<관람 안내>
1.공연 시간
- 2013년 6월 14일(금) ~ 6월 15일(토)
*시간은 추후 공지 예정
2.관람 등급
- 본 공연은 만 19세 이상 관람가입니다.
(1994년 6월 14일 이전 출생자)
- 만 19세 이하는 예매, 입장이 모두 불가하며 예매를 하셨다 하더라도 공연당일 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.
- 보호자를 동반하더라도 만19세 이하는 본 공연의 입장이 불가합니다.
- 현장에서 성인인증 절차가 있으니 신분증(주민등록증 or 운전면허증 or 여권)을 꼭 지참하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 성인으로 확인되는 증명서 제시 불가시 입장이 불가 하시며 티켓 재발급/취소/환불이 되지 않습니다.
3.재 입장 불가
- ULTRA KOREA 2013은 퇴장 후 재 입장이 불가합니다. 재 입장으로 인한 불법입장이 빈번하게 발생하고 있어
이를 근절하고 쾌적한 공연 관람 환경을 조성하기 위함이오니 협조 부탁 드립니다.
4.티켓 및 입장밴드 재발급 불가
- 입장 밴드 손상 여부를 손으로 확인합니다.(상호간에 오해가 생기지 않도록 입장 밴드 손상에 주의 부탁 드립니다.)
- 배송 받은 티켓을 포함한 모든 티켓과 본인인증 및 성인인증 절차를 거친 후 발급된 입장밴드의 훼손, 또는 분실 시
그에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 어떠한 경우에도 재발급되지 않습니다.
- 티켓 및 입장밴드의 분실, 훼손, 도난에 각별히 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다. 이에 대한 책임은
전적으로 본인에게 있으며 공연 주최사/주관사/협력사/예매처에는 어떠한 책임도 없음을 알려 드립니다.
5.외부 물품 반입 및 입장 제한
- 입장 전 보안검사(몸, 가방 및 소지품 등)를 하오니 이 점 양해 부탁 드립니다.
- 공연장 內 다양한 Food Court가 마련될 예정으로, 외부음료 및 음식은 반입이 허용되지 않습니다.
반입 금지 물품
• 상해, 폭발물, 화기, 유리병, 알루미늄 캔 등 위험물질과 깨질 수 있는 물건
• 폭죽, 호루라기, 레이저, 플래시 등 사전 허가되지 않은 공연에 방해될 수 있는 물건
• 전문가용 DSLR, 녹음기, 비디오 장비 등 사전 허가되지 않은 장비
(아티스트의 요청으로 공연장 내에서는 어떠한 사진, 동영상을 비롯한 일체의 녹음 및 녹취는
금지되어 있으며, 반입 및 촬영 적발 시, 진행 요원의 제재 및 퇴장 조치를 당할 수 있습니다.)
• 취사도구 및 캠핑 관련 물건 / 애완동물
- 공연장 출입 전 불법 물품들은 압수당하게 되며 적발될 시, 법적인 처벌을 받게 됩니다.(마약류 등)
- 공연장 내외에서 관람객 본인 부주의로 발생하는 사고, 도난, 사건 등에 대해
주최/주관 측 모두 책임지지 않습니다.
- 다른 관객 분께 지장을 주는 행동은 삼가 해주시기 바랍니다 주위 관객 분들에게 피해를 주거나
사회적으로 용인되지 않는 행동이 발견될 경우 경고 없이 바로 퇴장 조치됩니다.
(퇴장 후에는 재 입장이 불가하오니 이점 유의 해주시기 바랍니다.)
- 음향 시스템에 관련한 고막 손상 및 관련 야기 병명에 대해 공연 주최사/주관사/협력사/예매처에는
어떠한 책임도 없으며 환불이 불가합니다.
<티켓 예매 취소/환불 규정>
- 예매 취소 시 각 예매처의 취소 및 환불 규정을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
공연 당일은 티켓 교환/취소/환불이 불가능합니다.
- 티켓 변경, 취소, 환불은 모두 예매처에서만 가능합니다. 티켓 가격에는 부가세, 티켓수수료 등이 포함되어 있어
취소 시 예매처 규정에 따른 취소 수수료가 부과되오니 예매처 수수료를 꼭 확인 하신 후 예매하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 본 페스티벌은 천재지변이나 불가피한 경우를 제외하고, 우천 시에도 예정대로 진행되며
이로 인한 취소/환불은 불가합니다.
<티켓 양도 금지>
- ULTRA KOREA 2013에서는 티켓(초대교환권)의 불법 유통 및 상거래 방지를 위해
사전등록 시스템 및 실명인증 시스템을 도입하였습니다.
- 불법 상거래를 통해 유통된 티켓은 불법티켓으로 분류되어 입장밴드로 교환이 불가능합니다.
또한, 현장에서 발부되는 입장밴드는 신분증과 함께 실명인증 및 성인인증 후 발급되므로 본인 이외 입장이 불가합니다.
- 티켓 예매 후, 티켓을 타인에게 재판매 하거나 양도 받은 과정에서 개인 신상 정보를 타인에게 임의로 양도한 경우
판매자와 구매자 모두 피해를 입을 수 있습니다.
- 티켓 사이트를 통한 정식 구매가 아닌 암거래를 통한 티켓 구입은 경범죄 제1항 47조에 의거한 불법판매로
판매자 및 구매자까지 경범죄 및 벌금형에 처할 수 있습니다.
- 이로 인해 발생한 피해에 대해 주최, 주관 측은 일절 책임지지 않으며, 불법 거래 적발 시 예매 취소는 물론
공연을 관람하실 수 없으며 법적인 책임을 물을 수 있습니다.
- 현장에서 불법 거래 단속이 있을 예정이오니, 이와 관련된 불법행위 적발 시 주최측에 신고 부탁 드립니다.

※공연 당일 잠실 종합운동장에서 열리는 야구경기 관람객과 ULTRA KOREA 2013의 수 만 명의 관람객들로 인해
주차장 공간이 매우 협소할 것으로 예상됩니다.가급적 대중교통이용을 부탁드립니다.
※주차 문제로 공연 입장이 지연되어 환불을 요구하시는 경우, 공연 주최사/주관사/협력사/예매처에는
어떠한 책임도 없으며 환불이 불가합니다.

<INFORMATION FOR VISITORS>
1. 6.14 ~ 6.15 ULTRA KOREA 2013 Schedule Information

2. Restricted to 19 and over
- Restricted to 19 and over. (Must be born before June 14th, 1994)
- No one under the age of 19 will be allowed into the venue even if they have purchased a ticket.
There will be no refunding or exchanges allowed.
- Please bring a proper form of identification to verify your age (National ID, Driver’s License, or Passport).
- If you are not able to verify your age or 19 years of age or older, you cannot cancel or refund your tickets
on the day of the event even if you have tickets.
- Even if accompanied by an adult, no one under the age of 19 will be allowed to enter.
3. No re-entry
- No re-entry is allowed for this event in order to prevent any illegal transactions or entries.
4. Tickets/Wristbands
- All wristbands will be checked by hand.
(Please be aware in order to prevent any mutual misunderstanding or surprise.)
- Wristbands must be worn throughout the event until leaving the venue.
- Please pay close attention to your tickets and wristbands. Stolen or lost tickets cannot be reissued.
- The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsibility for any lost, stolen,
or damaged tickets and wristbands. No replacements will be issued.

5. Limitation in what will be allowed into the venue.
- Please note that there will be a security check point in which bodies, bags,
and belongings will be thoroughly checked before entering the venue.
- There will be a Food Court inside the venue. Outside food and beverages including water
will not be allowed into the venue.
- The following items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue.
• weapons, explosives, firearms, glass bottles, aluminum cans, hazardous and breakable materials
• fireworks, whistles, lasers, flashlights and anything else that can interfere with the artists
• professional DSLR, recording devices, video equipment that have not been pre-approved
(At the artists’ request, all unauthorized recording will be prohibited.
Illegal filming and/or recording will result in legal actions.)
• cooking utensils, camping related stuff, outside food
- Illegal items will be confiscated at the door (drugs and other hallucinogenic)
- The event organizers/sponsors/partners cannot be claimed any responsibility for
accidents, thieves, and all other incidents.
- Be respectful of those around you and do not cause a disturbance.
Those who are caught disrupting and become a hazard will be asked to leave (re-entry will not be allowed).
- Please be cautious as there may be damage to your hearing due to exposure to loud music.
The event organizers/sponsors/partners cannot be claimed any responsibility.
<TICKET CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY>
- Different rules apply on ticket cancellations depending on where the tickets were purchased from.
There is no exchanging/cancelling/refunding of tickets if purchased at the venue.
- Exchanging/cancelling/refunding of tickets can only be done through the ticket sellers.
Please be aware of any and all taxes and fees associated with the tickets
- Except for the case of a natural disaster or other uncontrollable event,
there will be no cancelling/refunding of tickets even if there is rain or show.
<NO TRANSFERRING OF TICKETS>
- Reselling and transferring of tickets is prohibited.
Legal actions may be placed on both the buyer and the seller.
- Tickets purchased from anywhere other than our official ticket sites and outlets, including the black market,
is illegal (Korean Law, Paragraph 1, Section 24). Legal actions will be placed on both the buyer and the seller.
- Entry will be denied for those caught with tickets purchased illegally.
- The organizer will not be held liable for anyone involved in transferring of and/or illegal tickets.
There is no cancellation at the event when using transferred/illegal tickets.
- There will be a crackdown on illegal activities at the venue.
